I have been a Reiki Master Teacher for eleven years and a Licensed Massage Therapist for twelve years. I am currently studying to become a Yoga Instructor and will be certified in December.
I work with people of all ages who are experiencing tension, stress, pain, injuries, surgery, poor posture or life changes and help them to become more relaxed, rejuvenated, aligned and pain and injury free.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, my goal is to help the body in the healing process. I adapt my approach to my client's needs and preferences - from deep pressure to gentle work; from specific pain relief to general relaxation. I help my clients learn body awareness, stress reduction, and active self-care, so they can make the most of the benefits of massage after a therapeutic session.
As a Reiki Practitioner, my passion and journey is devoted to healing and teaching as many people as possible about this gentle and loving way of healing. I bring to my work a passion for combining my education, professional experience, intuitive skills, and empathic connection with clients to promote healing and well-being.
